Office Hours: Mon. - Thurs from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Dr. Yvonne Prince has been located on the SMDH campus since 1994. Dr. Bob Carnett returned to Salem and joined us in January 2015. Dr. Julius Punzalan and Dr. Sarfaraz Jasdanwala joined the clinic in July of 2015.

Providing complete care for patients of ALL AGES, including childhood vaccinations.
